I think when people ask who is "the Man" in the relationship, what they really mean is who is dominant vs. submissive, the pursuer vs. the pursued. Which is, IMO, an unhealthy way to look at relationships in general.

People aren't binaries. A sub in bed might be a primary breadwinner. Only having one person pursue/be pursued reeks of inequality. Relationships should be built on equality, trust, and cooperation.

I technically look more butch than my gf but I am way more squeamish. She kills all the spiders.
