I'm not sure if every single Asian woman experiences more gender based violence than their white counterparts, but I would say that when we do experience violence, there's an added racial dimension (not always, but it happens - depending on where you are/who you are/your social class etc.)
I would consider myself a middle-class, well-to-do woman. I have food, shelter, social supports, a university degree, and a well-paid white-collar job. Yet I've experienced racialized violence for sure.
